Dale Carnegie Training wanted to offer business leaders a way to access their valuable tips for engaging with clients, prospects, peers and management – anytime, anywhere. An app for iPhone and Blackberry devices was a logical choice for their audience of always “on-the-move” professionals.

Working closely with the client, Iperdesign helped bring Dale Carnegie’s tried-and-true secrets of success into the newest digital outlet. We incorporated features that present outstanding content via tips, video demos and daily updates. Not only is the final product easy to use, it features an appealing design that places their well-established brand at the forefront.

Then, to make sure those who could benefit most from the app knew how to find and download it, Iperdesign provided full marketing support for Dale Carnegie’s launch and associated PR campaign including a landing page, a newsroom for bloggers, a video app demo hosted on YouTube, banner ads and more.

The Success Story:

Within 48 hours, the Dale Carnegie Training iPhone app hit the top 10 of most downloaded business apps. Less than a week after launch, it reached the #1 spot on the iTunes store list of top-selling business apps – and picked up great media coverage, including a feature story on msnbc.com. At last check, it has remained high in the rankings both in the United States and abroad, and Iperdesign is currently working on helping Dale Carnegie translate it into other languages.
